Overview of Services

Dr. Sprague's work is guided by groundbreaking neuroscience research, child/human development research, and systems improvement science. She works in training, policy and program development, and public awareness at local, state, and international levels to ensure abuse-free cultures and promote healthy learning environments for children.

To achieve environments that are free of abuse, she works with stakeholders engaging them in identifying areas of strengths and areas of improvement opportunities. Stakeholders are the drivers in identifying problem areas and goals, planning change and improvements, defining measurements of improvements, implementing new practices and/or policies to achieve those improvements, and using results from measurement to inform next steps. She facilitates this work in an inclusive, transparent, and positive manner.
